How do I export only select contacts, not the entire list, to another one of my Hubspot accounts for a different business? I need to export only the ones I check but it keeps exporting the entire list. There is no filter for "checked contacts".
I would create a custom property for those contacts, mass update them to have said property, then create a filter for it and export the selected contacts.
This also allows you to know which ones have been exported if you ever need that info again in the future!
