Export of the whole company address data including contact person
SOLVE
Hi everybody,
We need to export all address data sorted with company address and direct contact person. So far we have not found a way to display all these data together in one database.
Has anyone an idea how we can manage to export the whole company address data including contact person (of companies with a certain campaign type?
How do you define a contact person, would that be the contact record associated with a company record? Is that always just one contact?
Also, which HubSpot subscription are you on (free, Starter, Professional, Enterprise)?
In general, HubSpot objects only include information about one object. If you want to have contact information included in a company export, you'd have to make that information available on the company object first. This can be done with workflows (available in Professional and Enterprise) by copying information from a contact property into a company property. This however requires a way to identify the contact person (by property) if there are multiple contacts associated with a company.
Without workflows, you'd have to merge to run two exports, one for contacts, one for companies and merge the information afterwards, for example by using VLOOKUP in Excel.

To export all the data on a company record, first add the columns on the table view. Comoany dashboard > Table actions > Edit Column.. now add the all columns that you want to export. Once columns are added, click Export view.
Hope this helps!

This is now possible natively in HubSpot – not sure if this was introduced quietly or if I simply missed it.
You can export contacts with associated company information.
To do so, create a list of the contacts that you want to export with their company information. (This solution does not work from a contact view, it has to be a list.)
In your list, click Actions:
You should now have the option to also include company properties in your export file:
As you can see this solution is one way: exporting contacts with associated company information (not: companies with associated contacts). However, with a bit of Excel magic, the export file can be transformed in such a way.
Hope this helps!

I also wanted to share this workaround if you're looking to export both contact and company properties: you can create a list of all contacts that are associated with a company (or are a direct contact person for a specific company) and then export both contact and company properties:
