There's not an easy way to "export" them but if you find the industry property under settings>properties it should show you the attributes for it including the options already defined.
I had the same issue. I painstakenly copied and pasted all the industries listed in Hubspot in to an Excel spreadsheet so that I could more easily update my Excel database before uploading to Hubspot. This list was created on August 31, 2019. Hope this is helpful!
I believe they are simply following Linked In's list of industry groups. Said list is 148 types long. I have pasted this list below... Special thanks to members below that assisted in figuring this out. I thought I would provide the updated 2021 list for you all.

Come on HubSpot, being able to export your property values should be a simple one click OOTB feature by now.
This is plenty needed in our orgranization. We have college students (contacts) who get placed with employers (contacts) and we want a manner to associate those two. Something that would create a map between contacts is ideal.

I scrolled down through all of the Industries in the Hubspot portal and can confirm that as of today, November 15, 2024, this list is still accurate. Thanks @SunnieDays for doing the work!
