Export company record as .pdf

I'm looking to be able to export a company record, ideally with only certain properties, to a .pdf file. Alternatively have some way to have a timestamped record of a company record for audit purposes.

Hi @NLayton,

HubSpot doesn't have a specific feature for this. The closest would be the default export functionality: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/import-and-export/export-records

You can create a saved view with the exact columns you need for quick exporting: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/records/filter-records-and-save-views

Once exported, you could save the spreadsheet as a PDF.

Alternatively, you'd have to look into third party automation like Zapier.

Could an export and backup tool be helpful here? We can export the data to json or CSV (not PDF, I know), and you can also back up the data using our platform. Perhaps give it a try? (We provide a free sample.)
