Export a list with people sitting in a delay

Hi everyone,

Is there a way to export only the users that are stuck in a delay step on a workflow? I need to export those exact users without the rest of the enrolments.

On the workflow details page, in the Action logs, you can filter for an Action type, then export records to list: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/workflows/understand-your-workflow-details-page

@KristinRigova not that I'm aware of, no.

You would have to go a hacky route then – only proceed if you feel confident with these steps:

• After the delay, add another delay
• Before the second delay, add an action that adds all of the contacts to a static list
• Delete the first delay

Deleting the first delay would force all contacts into the next action which gets them added to a list (where you can identify them) before sending them in another delay.

Of course, this means that contacts will leave the action at different times of the delay and are "normalized". This would only work if these nuances don't matter.
