Expand and minimize Ticket view

Currently 75% of my screen is useless to me.  I am creating tickets (RMA's) for my customers and the entire ticket system is relegated to the left 25% of my screen. 

This means that i have to scroll those 60+ fields for information about my RMA's/Tickets.

You should be able to expand the ticket sections and minimize/collapse the Activity/email section and vice versa.

Other users have already requested the ability to resize the sections of CRM records. You could either add your request to it by commenting and upvoting or create a new one. The product team reviews these posts in the HubSpot Ideas section based on their popularity.
