Exclude particular e-mail addresses from mailing list

Dear hubspot community:

First of all, I really hope that everyone´s in good health!

I´ve the following question and really hope that you´re able to support me:

We are planning to send a mailing to our customers within the next few days.

For that, we are going to import a lot of new addresses to the system.

The mailing will be addressed

1. to some of the already existent recipients and

2. to all new ones.

what means that we would like to EXCLUDE several particular (already existing) e-mail addresses from the mailing.

Is someone of you able to explain me how to exclude the particular mailing addresses the moment when the mailing is prepared?

Hope that my request is clear and would really appreciate if you send me a brief instructions/ information.

Hi @Kat7 !

When you send an email, you can exclude a specific list or contact in "Exclude". 

If there are many contacts, I recommend you create a list with all those contacts, and then when you send the mail you exclude that list by clicking the red "exclude" button.
