Exclude contact/deal from workflow based on same value in two property fields

As a fundraising platform, we have two types of contacts, fundraisers and donors.

However, its also common that fundraisers are their own donors, but they shouldn't receive the same communications/enter a deal workflow like other donors.

We assumed this risk and added two fields that could identify the two contact types within the one deal, and was hoping to exclude contacts who have the same value in the two fields. However, this isn't the case at the moment.

Does anyone know of a work-around for this?

If not, can we add the feature of identifying contact/deal properties that is equal to another contact/deal property?
