Error when uploading a PPTX file through Google Drive

Hi there,

I'm receiving an error msg when trying to upload a PPTX file from my Google Drive.

I've already reached out to the virtual assistant and we troubleshooted a few things but couldn't get it to work.

I'm a MAC user and have tried this through Safari and Google Chrome. The file is only 6.1MB. Has anyone else been experiencing the same? or can anyone offer any assistance or advice? thanks in advance!

I got it tested by one of my team members and the is not shown. In this case, I would suggest you try it once in the private tab. And please share the screenshot of the error you saw so that I can help you better.
