Error - Deals board filter looking at old value of 'Last modified date'

SOLVE

Screen shot (1): Shows the details and history of the Deal property 'Last modified date'. The current value listed as the Deal property is '30/09/2019 3:28PM'

Screen shot (2): Applying filter on Deals board, 'Last modified date is before 25/07/2019'. Strangely, the Deal "Solar Project Assistance" appears!

Screen shot (3): Applying filter on Deals board, 'Last modified date is before 23/07/2019'. Now, the Deal "Solar Project Assistance" disappears.

It appears that the Deal board filter is looking at the old value of 'Last modified date', as circled in Screen shot (1).

Can someone please explain?

NOTE: I have written all my dates as dd/mm/yyyy.

Hi @Jarman,

I was not able to reproduce the issue on my end. As it as resolved itself, it seems like it was a temporary issue of the wrong information being displayed.

Please let me know if you have any other questions!

Best,
Jenny

Hi @Jarman,

Is this issue still occurring? Is the discrepancy only showing on one deal or on multiple deals?

Thank you,
Jenny

Hi Jenny,

I tried replicating the bug and it appears to have disappeared.

FYI:  the discrepancy was occuring on multiple deals.

Did you find what was causing the discrepancy?

Cheers,

Jarman
