How do you erase quotes within a deal? I have a few test quotes I made when trying out this features as well as some never sent to customers with mistakes on them. Am I overlooking a button?

This is not possible at this stage within HubSpot, I'd recommend upvoting this Idea in our Ideas Forum regarding this. You can also subscribe to the idea (Options > Subscribe) to get notified if the status changes.
"If the quote has been signed or has been paid, it cannot be deleted." No, it doesn't help. We realised as the client returned it that the wrong format had been sent. We re-sent a new contract immediately and want to delete the old one so there's no future confusion. Because it's signed, we cannot delete. We need an option to delete when a quote is created in error. Thanks.

Currently quotes cannot be deleted once they have been created. As you move forward, please treat all quote creations as permanent actions. If you need to edit a quote, you will want to create a new quote for this purpose.
UPDATE as of 8/22: This functionality is planned for the near future.
I recieved help elsewhere at the time of my inquiry over a month ago. Turnaround time on replies could use some work (generally speaking, not singling you out).
