Created from conversation email i dont know, but i send now 2 options:

 

Activity type:

activuty.PNG

 

If your email is automated, you can create filters if contact received, opened or no.

Hi. What I need is to distinguish contacts being made when our team channel (email) receives an email not being the sender, so I can use it as a filter to workflow.
