Emails sent from Hubspot bouncing intermittently with 550 5.7.708

One of our sales reps has her Office 365 email inbox connected to Hubspot. I can see that she has it connected correctly, and she is able to send and receive emails to customers through app.hubspot.com. One customer that she is sometimes able to mail, and sometimes not, is bigcustomer@customer.com. However, sometimes the emails to customers bounce with the message.

Have you followed the steps outlined in the help article Microsoft included in the bounce message?
When you send an email either through HubSpot or using the 'log and track' options from within your inbox, the emails are still being sent via your email servers. In other words, HubSpot being at all associated with the email should not cause it to bounce.
I would recommend partnering with Microsoft if the issue persists. I did find this Microsoft resource which touches upon this specific error code, which may be a good starting point.

I am having the very same problem today I’ve tried to send emails from within HubSpot from the sales account and both have bounced when sent through Outlook both succeeded does anybody have any idea why this would be based on what I’ve read above it doesn’t make any sense but that’s definitely what’s happening. Makes the whole process of trying to track one’s emails extraordinaire really hard when every time you do it it bounces you then have to manually do it another way rather than saving work it’s doubling it up

I'm having the exact same issue. Note that emails sent via regular Outlook or other 3rd part integrations appear to work. It's only for Hubspot connected emails. Any ideas on how to resolve this? It's preventing us from working. I sent a support ticket on this but it's a high priority.

Just so other people understand, if you send an email to a customer contact through Hubspot, and you have a connected email inbox, this will be sent through your email provider and will show up in your Outlook sent items. So if it is bouncing, you need to set your DKIM and SPF records to ensure email deliverability. This is not a Hubspot issue, it would mean your emails even outside of Hubspot are bouncing.
However, if you are using Hubspot email Marketing in the Marketing Hub, these emails are sent from hubspot.com on behalf of you. All these mails seem to bounce for me.
