Emails sent from Hubspot bouncing intermittently with 550 5.7.708SOLVE

One of our sales reps has her Office 365 email inbox connected to Hubspot. I can see that she has it connected correctly, and she is able to send and receive emails to customers through app.hubspot.com. One customer that she is sometimes able to mail, and sometimes not, is firstname.lastname@example.org. However, sometimes the emails to customers bounce with the message.

Have you followed the steps outlined in the help article Microsoft included in the bounce message?
When you send an email either through HubSpot or using the 'log and track' options from within your inbox, the emails are still being sent via your email servers. In other words, HubSpot being at all associated with the email should not cause it to bounce.
I would recommend partnering with Microsoft if the issue persists. I did find this Microsoft resource which touches upon this specific error code, which may be a good starting point.
