Emails not logging properly

SOLVE

I have imported a list to Hubspot of a group that I work with. I am sending them an email and want to log it from my gmail. BUT it is only going to log to 14 of the 40 contacts. I don't understand why it is not working.

Some of the people don't show the little Hubspot icon next to their name. You can see Jim doesn't but Meghan does.

They are both showing that it will log for them. As you can see they are both on my list.

But there should be all 40 people on the list getting logged.  Can you tell me why some people will get logged and others will not.

 

A couple of notes:

Yes I have the hubspot extension to my gmail.

No they are not on the never log list.

Are you the contact owner? 
If not, your settings may be restricting you from logging those emails.

SOLVE

Thank you all for your help.  I have confirmed that I am the contact on all of the records.  When I do them in smaller chunks it will log all of the people but when I do this large of a group it does not work.  It only does 14.  I am guessing that is a limitation of the free version.

Hey @KLangford2, Happy Friday!

 

Please, first, ensure that all contacts in your imported list have a valid email address and are recognized in HubSpot. The HubSpot icon appearing next to a name usually indicates that the contact is properly synced.

 

Additionally, check if the email addresses of the contacts not logging are formatted correctly in HubSpot and ensure there are no duplicates. Sometimes, email tracking can also be limited by contact permissions, so make sure the contacts can be logged according to your HubSpot settings.
