Emails not logging from O365

Have reinstalled inumerous times the add in and connected the inbox, but it doesn't help - emails have simple stopped logging in my Hubspot. Also - the confirmation mail for the integration with the inbox is sent to the OWA sent folder...

 

Anyone have a clue on how to fix this?

Hi @goettel11,

 

In order for emails sent from your email client to log to HubSpot, they must meet the criteria outlined here under the section "Requirements to log emails to the CRM using the BCC address." Can you confirm that you are meeting this criteria and still not seeing emails logged?
