Hi,
it looks like that links url changed within the email when I send it out. The link get somehow changed when I send it. As you can see here the link, when I send to a list or doing a preview the link goes to https://www.videoslotmachineonline.it/bonus-senza-deposito/
Any help?

Hi @Umb,
There are multiple things going on here.
Earlier, https://www.videoslotmachineonline.it/it/go/vincitu?q=it-all-stm-wof-c-pok redirected to https://www.videoslotmachineonline.it/bonus-senza-deposito/, now it redirects to https://promoc.vincitu.it/landing/gridpoker/?mp=1549a52e-548f-4231-9310-a42e5cb84923&btag=a_439b_213.... This does not have anything to do with the HubSpot email editor, see below:
The link that you have now shared, http://26736422.hs-sites-eu1.com/vdsm_poker_vincitu?ecid=&_hsenc=p2ANqtz-8z0hIjKOsUxZ2luzqL-MLTIqn-j..., includes HubSpot encoding, correct. That's an entirely different topic to the redirects however (explained above).
You can switch of the HubSpot added parameters and tags for source and identity tracking under Settings > Marketing > Email > Tracking:
Best regards!

Hi,
I believe it is something related to the tracking system in Hubspot. I have open emails and clicks ON in order to track them, not sure if it makes a sort of conflict as on the HTML source of the mail the url link get changed as follow> <a href="http://26736422.hs-sites-eu1.com/vdsm_poker_vincitu?ecid=&_hsenc=p2ANqtz-8z0hIjKOsUxZ2luzqL-MLTI..."
This is the first time I am using Hubspot, but with other mail provider never experience this change of links, any idea what setting needs to be adjusted?

Hi @Umb,
This does not have to do anything with the HubSpot email editor. When you take the link from your email and paste it into your browser, it'll also redirect to the URL that ends on /bonus-senza-deposito.
The link your email has an automatic redirect. If that's set up in HubSpot, you would manage your redirects here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/domains-and-urls/create-and-manage-url-redirects
If your redirect is not set up in HubSpot, you would have to check the tools you're using and which might have redirect settings, e.g. your content management system.
Best regards!

Hi @Umb,
You can verify that it's not a HubSpot issue by copying the link into your browser. You'll see that it'll redirect, without the HubSpot email editor being involved.
If it's not set up in HubSpot, it's set up somewhere else. I'd recommend reaching out to your IT team or the person who's responsible for your website. They should know where redirects might be set up.
If you are this person, then you'll have to check all of the tools that are in place for your website and look up whether they have redirect settings.
Best regards!
