I have been importing contacts with an excel file with complete details like Name, Email, Phone number etc, and these properties are mapping correctly with Green mark.
But once contact imported .. email address associated with those contact are not being uploaded.
All other sycing is working fine.... like contact and email are fetching correctly from my website using tracking code.
Issue is only occuring while importing contacts.
Please suggest the solution for this.

Hi @GRana,
The correct field would be "Email", not "Email address".
"Email address" was probably created as a custom property by a user in your portal. (It should probably not be used unless there is a specific purpose for having a second email property.)

Hi @GRana,
Just to confirm I understand your issue correctly: You have an import file that includes an Email column – but when you complete the import process, the Email is not shown on the contact record?
Have you check whether there were any import errors? https://knowledge.hubspot.com/crm-setup/troubleshoot-import-errors

But as I said.. i have been uploading the contacts with same property "Email address" for 2 years... but the issue is occuring from last 1 or 1 and half month.

No. it is not showing any import error.
In mapping section, it is correctly mapping the Email section with Green Tick button.
