Emails Logged incorrectly.

We're having an issue with emails logging incorrectly. For instance, if I send an email to xyz@xyz.com it will show one of our other uses sent the email. This goes the same for replies, it will show the xyz@xyz.com reply was sent to the other user even though the contact is setup correctly and shows me as the owner.

 

Help is appreciated.

Hi @JoshC In most cases where this occurs, it is because the inbox is connected to a second user. Have the second user disconnect their inbox and this should clear itself up. If you could forward the two email addresses, I can verify. (Please feel free to PM if necessary.)
