Emails Logged incorrectly.


We're having an issue with emails logging incorrectly. For instance, if I send an email to it will show one of our other uses sent the email. This goes the same for replies, it will show the reply was sent to the other user even though the contact is setup correctly and shows me as the owner.


Help is appreciated.

Hi @JoshC In most cases where this occurs, it is because the inbox is connected to a second user. Have the second user disconnect their inbox and this should clear itself up. If you could forward the two email addresses, I can verify. (Please feel free to PM if necessary.)
