Emails Logged incorrectly.

We're having an issue with emails logging incorrectly. For instance, if I send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org it will show one of our other uses sent the email. This goes the same for replies, it will show the email@example.com reply was sent to the other user even though the contact is setup correctly and shows me as the owner.
