Email tracking with clients is delayed

Recently we have noticed that email tracking is delayed. For example, if there is an email thread going between an employee and one of their clients, it now takes close to 24 hours before we can see that thread being tracked in the customer's Hubspot info/activity/profile. This used to happen instantly, and the delay is leading to more issues with assigning contacts. Page views, form submissions, and marketing email views are still appearing instantly. But actual emails are delayed to appear.

Have all users in your account been experiencing this behavior? Also, by "email tracking", do you mean email logging or tracking of email opens & clicks? Thanks!

Email tracking with clients is delayed

Hi Mia,
Since I last wrote that post, it has begun not tracking at all, and yes, it's happening to everyone. By email tracking, I am referring to actual emails sent between our associates and their clients, which used to show up in the contact's activity and information.
