Email tagging issue

Hi there. I have noticed some of the emails i send from my outlook are tagged against hubspot contacts and others aren't. Can someone help me work out why? Thank you

Hi @Bumble 

Have you checked your Outlook Desktop plugin settings?

Depending on how this is setup you may or may not have to actively tick the "log" option before sending an email.

Another option is that certain recipients or domains have been added to your or your teams "never log list".
