Hi @CIB,
The team email signature is updated under Menu > Conversations > Inbox, then click the settings icon at the lower left of the screen and click Channels:
Now make sure that under Current view, the correct inbox is selected and find the team email under Channels. Hover your mouse over the channel and an Edit button should appear.
Your screen should now look like this:
Scroll down and there you'll find an option to set up a team signature:
Hope this helps!

Hi @CIB,
Could you please share where exactly you set up the email signature (ideally with a screenshot) and where you are sending the email (contact record, conversations inbox, standalone email client connected to HubSpot)?
Best regards

Hi @CIB,
Could you please share a screenshot? This is not yet specific enough to troubleshoot.
Best regards

I would like to but it contains sensitive information. is there a way to send it privately?

Hi @CIB,
Can you pixelate the private section or simply put a white/black rectangle over it?
Best regards

Hi @CIB,
I can't tell from the screenshot whether you're sending an email from your personal connected inbox or a team email address (from your first screenshot).
In any case, you would set up the signature for these two in different places:
Add an email signature in the CRM (for personal email)
Connect a team email channel (for team email, scroll down for signature instructions)
Can you please check which email address you're sending the email from and whether you've set up the signature in the correct place, following the instructions above?
Best regards

I have a team email connected via the team email channel. I have had to change the personal email signatures for all employees individual accounts and that shows up fine, but the shared email still does not show up, unfortunately.
This work around is fine for now, but from the instructions provided I cannot see where I have gone wrong with the shared email. Especially since it was working fine initially.
