Email sent via Inbox - not associated to company

Hi,

if I send or answer to an email via the shared inbox, the email only associates with the contact and not with the company, although the contact is associated with a company and I activated the auto-association feature.

Is there any solution for that? Kinda annyoing to have to associate all emails manually when sending from inbox.

@Shakermaker please try the below soultion:

 

Configure Default Activity Associations (Applies to Shared Inboxes):

  • Go to Settings > Objects > Activities.
  • Choose Association Tab;
  • Select "Company and Email" as the activity type.
  • Under Log Activity, choose All Companies
