Email sending for this account has been locked

My email send stopped because of high bounce rate however, the reason is because during this COVID-10 period, every one is working from home and has an out of office reply.  Hence for now it is normal and i need the system to ignore the high bounce rate.

How do i bypass the system and continue sending.

I just need to send out to a couple of email addresses urgently. and i can reassure you that these emails won't bounce.
