One of our users is logging his emails through manually adding the Hubspot email to bcc.
This has stopped working for him recently - even though he is definitely doing it.
We've checked that he's using the right email address in bcc, and that he's sending it from the right email account.
Any ideas to fix this?

Our app may help if you want to avoid manual bcc.
