I have a problem with the form’s notification e-mails, when we confirm the form it doesn’t send the e-mails to some of our team’s member.
In our company we created an Hubspot company property managed by multiple team’s members. Notifications are received by the majority (all with the same e-mail account domain), why some members don’t receive notifications?
Hi @DeliaBarone it is my understanding the notification emails can't be sent to any email addresses that are not associated with a HubSpot account/user.
If you're using a group email and there is a corresponding HubSpot account, it should work, but group emails that aren't users wouldn't work.
