Email alert when it is a contacts birthday

Hi,

I am wanting to receive an email alert when it is a contact's birthday.  I have a birthdate field in the contacts side bar.  I don't have access to workflows.  

How can I have these alerts set up?

Hi @NHarvey,

Without workflows, this can't be done natively in HubSpot. You would have to look into third-party automation solutions that integrate with HubSpot, such as Zapier.

I would suggest you to configure a HubSpot dynamic list to add Contacts when their Birthdate Month and Day are in 7 days. And then try to use Zapier digest you can take refrence from here - https://zapier.com/help/create/storage-and-digests/compile-data-in-a-digest-in-zaps

How can you filter by Birthdate Month and Day? Hubspot only has a Birthday property, which includes the year. Hubspot doesn't recognize an upcoming birthday when the year is in the past.
