Email Not attaching to contacts in Hubspot Sales

I've got email integrated into Hubspot sales but I've noticed that some emails are not attaching to the contact record.  Most do but some just randomly do not.   One example is a multiple recipient email to two people at the same company - The email did not attach to either contact record - Is a multiple reciepient email not allowed?

HI @dave_incisiv  This HubSpot Acadamy resource explains a few reasons why an email might not log into the CRM. While ti doesn't specifically mention multiple recipients, I'm confident that having more than one recipient in the To: field woudl resoult in a log failure. The CRM is designed for 1:1 direct communuication. If you must add recipients but still want the email logged, try adding a single address in the To: field and adding other recipients using CC:
