Email Not Connecting To CRM

Hllo Everyone,

 

I have a shared email licence with my client, could this be why I can't connect my email address to the Hubspot so I can send emails to contacts as he has requested?

 

He has said he will purchase a licence if that is the case but I was advised by the sales team to try here first. 

 

Any help, would be appreciated.

Have you tried taking the steps in this knowledge base article to connect your email address?

If so, are you seeing an error message when you try to connect your email address? Who is your email client?
