Email Forwarding

Hi

I have a workflow that fires when an email is received but only from a contact that has an assoicated deal. I am then trying to forward the email to another email address. Is this possible?

Hi @SGallagher5,

Automatic forwarding of emails in HubSpot is currently not supported but instead I would recommend you to have a workaround where you can setup workflow to send interanl email notifications with the key details you would want.

I did try that but I need the email body which isn't listed as an option in the detail I can add.
