Email Filtering issues

I'm having some real issues with the email filter. It keeps filtering emails from one perticular source even though I have the address in the 'never filter' and all of the other filters turned off. Can anyone help with this?

Are you referring to "Never mark these conversations as spam" feature within the conversations inbox? (Knowledge base article here)

If yes, which particular emails are filtered? And please share screenshots where we can see your setting.
