Morning guys, I’m hoping someone may be able to help me please. We want to start tracking the ‘type’ of emails coming in and out of the business. We use Outlook 365, and it seems we can ‘categorise’ emails from within Outlook, but I was wondering if HubSpot/OpsHub could import assigned categories so we can report on them? It seems we can report on the category usage directly within Outlook, but we have so many users, if we can consolidate it within HubSpot reporting that would be ideal. We can already ‘tag’ calls and Live Chats within HubSpot, so the only missing piece is emails. Any advice or pointers would be massively appreciated. Thank you! Lee
