Elementor Form Attachments not showing on Contacts info or on Submission

Hi all

I have a Wordpress form (Elementor) thats linked to Hubspot which has a field to allow for file uploads. The submissions show up on Hubspot fine but the attached document gives this error once you try to open it.

Can anyone assist?

Thanks for the tag @PamCotton, unfortunately I haven't run into this with Elementor before. Since it's a HubSpot form, the file would be saved directly to HubSpot files, so it could very likely be a permissions issue - can you confirm you have the right user permissions to access files in your HubSpot account @LChikamba ?

Hey @LChikamba

as far as I can see from the message, the form input has not been registered.
Can you confirm that you see the contact in your records?
If so, can you go to their timeline

and look for the form submission

and see if the link to the document is there?

Let us know.

Hey @LChikamba, thank you for posting in our Community!

It sounds like there may be an issue with how file uploads are being processed between Elementor and HubSpot. First, ensure the Elementor form settings and HubSpot integration are configured correctly, especially the file upload field. Check file permissions and verify that HubSpot can store and access the files. Reviewing error logs on both platforms might provide more insights. If the issue persists, try updating both Elementor and the HubSpot plugin.

To our top experts, @Jnix284 and @Lucila-Andimol do you have any recommendations for @LChikamba matter?

Thank you,

Pam
