UPDATE (3:12PM EST 1/25/17): An internal ticket has been filed with the Hubspot Development team to investigate what might be causing some users to not be able to send emails to contacts from the contact record in the CRM. As soon as an update is available, it will be posted here.

UPDATE (4:11PM EST 1/25/17): The problem that was causing some users to be prompted to connect their inbox when it was already connected has been resolved.
If you continue to experience difficulty, please let us know.
Can you please go to Settings in the top middle navigation, click Gmail and Outlook in the left column, and verify that your inbox is connected? It should look like this:
If the "Connected Inbox" box doesn't indicate that your inbox is connected, you'll want to connect it. It might be worth it to clear your browsers cookies and cache if you conitnue to experience difficulty.
Please let me know if this doesn't change anything. Any screenshots or additional details will be helpful as well.
