Dynamic links in automated emails

When someone signs up for my tool, we onboard them by sending an email with the access link. However, when someone signs up outside of business hours, we can't send them the email immediately.

I want to automate the email sent by HubSpot to anyone who signs up for my product. And that I can do.

But I can't embed the dynamic link into the email. I want to automate the email sending. The email contains a dynamic link that changes for each signed-up user. How can I automate emails that have a new link every time?

Hi @karstenkoehler,

We generate the dynamic link from our own system. Currently, we send it by email manually. I don't know where to store it so that HubSpot can send it different links to different users in a timely manner.

@Shrey101 you would have to integrate your system via the HubSpot API then for an automated process. If it's currently manual, HubSpot cannot access that information. https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/api/overview

@karstenkoehler Okay. Is there a way that I can do this via Excel/Google Sheet? I have the links ready in Excel that I sent to my signed-up users. Some sort of integration?

@Shrey101 once you update a contact (property) via Zapier, that property can be used as a personalisation token in an automated marketing email.

Where exactly does the dynamic link come from, how is it generated, where is stored?
