Dynamic File Attachments to Emails

SOLVE

Hello,

Quick Upfront – Is it possible to attach files (pdf) in hubspot to marketing emails so they appear like this in the inbox?:

Bildschirmfoto 2024-08-07 um 16.58.58.png

Long Background:

we have a receipient lists where each of the receipients needs to receive an email with an individual pdf attached to email. We can create links to the files but we don't just wont to add those links to a cta or textlinks. The pdf should directly appear as an attachment.

Is this in any way possible with Hubspot? (my fear is not as so many simple things with this tool)

Thanks for he help!

PS:
I already saw this: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/Sales-Email/Sending-a-PDF-as-an-email/m-p/653239#M6666
which only shows how to do it for 1 pdf but not for individual ones

And I also found this which only talks about adding a link to a CTA: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/Tips-Tricks-Best-Practices/Attach-individual-PDF-s-to-Marketing-ema... (which is what we don't won't to do)

Dynamic File Attachments to Emails

Not with marketing emails and this includes the API. It can only be done with single email sends. Personally I would recommend the link method to store the PDFs on a server and a link to the contact record to populate at the time of sending. Otherwise you need to generate the PDF, upload to the server and then attach to each email as they are being sent. I'm not even familiar with any other tools that would send in bulk, even via an API for that reason as each set of email instructions and attachment would be different. It would basically loop through each individual email send.
