It's likely that at least one of the meetings was created via an integration. Are your colleagues using the Google Calendar or Outlook integration? If they do, I would recommend checking the respective calendars of your colleagues for a duplicate entry of the same meeting in their Google / Outlook calendars.
Hope this helps!

To resolve this specific issue, you can delete one of the 2 meetings via Actions - Delete (see printscreen). To prevent this from happening again, you should understand how both meetings were created.
I have seen multiple cases where one meeting was planned via HubSpot and another one via a calendar integration.
Hope this helps!

Hi @Jonas_De_Mets , It does. I looked at the meeting history; one is from Google Calendar, and the other is from Calendly. Thank you for your help. I assumed this was the case, but I didn't know where I could find this information.
