Duplicate logs on unrelated accounts

SOLVE

I'm not sure what caused this or how extensive it is, but after logging two email interactions within one account, I found the exact same emails logged for the very next account I opened.  There is zero relation between either account.  Time stamp was the same.  All information logged was done at the same time.  Very odd.

 

At the time of submitting this post, there were issues with it not being able to post as well, so maybe it's just a temporary system glitch.

 

Edited to add:

Within a few minutes of posting, the anomaly corrected itself and disappeared from the unrelated account.  I don't know if that makes it a cookie issue or something else.  I didn't think to grab a screen capture but instead opted to leave the log so your techs could see it for themselves.  Sorry about that.
