Dropdown arrow hiding notes

Hi

When we used to make notes/log a call etc the whole description was there so we could easily read. Now the descriptions are hidden and we need to push the drop down arrow to display the notes.

How do we change it back so we don't need to push all the little down arrows to see every single note?

Could you share the following to help us look into this further:

  • When did this start happening?
  • Is this happening during a call across companies/contacts or just with one company/contact - if so, which one?
  • Is it happening across users you are trying to mention or just one - if so, which one?
