Download inbox information

Hello, I would like to know if there is a way to download the information from conversations >> inbox mainly to obtain data from:

- Average response time that each owner has with their conversations

- The number of conversations you have per day

- Number of closed and open conversations.

Hi @FranciscoHernan,

These are reports in the Reports Library. You can press "edit it builder", edit the filters to owners, teams, etc. Save and then export.

Reports > Reports Library > Conversations > Choose the reports you want > Edit In builder > Edit Filters > Save > Don't Save to Dashboard 

The report will be the top report on the following page. Actions > Export > DONE!

You can also pull custom reports on Conversations.

Contacts > Lists > Activity Properties > Conversation Session (towards the bottom).

At the moment there isn't any functionality within HubSpot to achieve this or any public API endpoint to retrieve this information. 

If you would like to see this functionality available or an API endpoint, please upvote and comment on this idea and this existing idea. I've already upvoted the post.
