So we're looking at a redesign of our current setup, and my CEO wanted me to investigate the discount option within Hubspot and find out if it would be possible to discount individual items inside of a quote or deal, rather than just the overall price.
We typically include add-ons, warranty options, and shipping costs as part of our quotes, but some of those things we wouldn't want discounted; just specific items. Is there any way natively in Hubspot to achive this, or would this be something we need to seek out a separate application integration for?
I could build our pricebook up with various discounted versions of the same items, but the lack of ability to organize the drop down makes it a bloat nightmare for a sales person attempting to assemble a quote, and greatly increases human error potential (selecting the wrong item on a drop down list of 50 options, etc.), so I would prefer not to go that route if I can help it.
