Hi everyone, I am new to HubSpot, and I am finding it really useful so far. 😁 I have a question which I would really appreciate some help with: I have configured HubSpot to use my business Gmail account with the Conversations => Inbox feature. I like being able to compose and send Gmail messages from within HubSpot, however I don't need it to automatically create and update new Contacts from the messages sent to this account. I am happy to manually add and edit my Contacts. I am a sole trader and will be the only one using this mailbox. Thanks for any help 😊

Regarding your questions, I assume you mean you don't want the contacts you send emails to from your Gmail to automatically log/save into HubSpot each time. If yes, you only need to uncheck the log/track boxes at the top while sending your emails using the sales extension or permanently disable this via settings.
