Different types of customers

Hi there

I've just started using HubSpot CRM, having previously only used Google contacts for sales and for existing customer data.

We have three different software products and I'd like to tag and filter customers by the product they use.  I can't seem to find a way to do that easily, how can it be done?

I'm dealing with that issue with prospects by having three 'deals' pipelines - one for each product. Any ideas on how to do it with existing customers?

I solved it myself by adding a multi-select property called 'product' into the company properties in 'settings'.
