Is is possible to have different contact views along with information collected based on the customer persona? We are B2B and B2C so the contact fields should be different based.
Yes, you can create a custom view based on the persona contact property. On the contacts screen under options, you can set one as the default vs the All Contacts view. You can also add the views to favorites. This will put a link at the top of the left sidebar so you don't have to click All saved filters to get to it. See screenshot below.
Hi @ryanhomevest You can certainly create saved filters in the HubSpot Contacts object based on a specific property, and spend your time working with that saved filter. Anytime you head to the Contact object by default however it will show all of your filters.
