Did not get a new 200 notification refill

Hi there I am using the Hubspot free version and around 7 weeks ago I reached my 200 email notification limit. However I believe each month I would get a new 200 notification refill? 

 

I have not received it for the past weeks and am wondering why that is - Can anyone help?

Hi @WHC ,

  Let's take a look! To start, you are correct that HubSpot Free Accounts are allowed 200 Tracked Email Notifications per-month. These limits will automatically refresh on the 1st of every month though. If your notifications still haven't reset for the month please let us know!

All of my notifications are broke.  I am not receiving anything under the alert bell, via desktop alert, email, or mobile app.  Do all of these alerts get disabled when you reach the 200 email alert notificatin, or just the emails?
