Details of quote supplied to email

Is there anyway to get the details of an approved quote to create like a "picking list" of all the products, with the details of the assosiated deal? Company name, contact details, address for delivery?

Nice to meet you!

We have an document automation app for HubSpot called Portant. You can trigger documents to be created and shared via email withing Hubspot Workflows. So for example, you could send your picking list via email any time the quote is approved.

I love to read your post, thank you for asking the Community!

I understand that you'd like to have the line items that have been added to the quote, as well as the deal name, deal amount, the contact name, the contact email address, the contact address etc. Please let me know if that's not the case.

Are you using custom quote?

If you'd like to retrieve the details of a quote with the associated deal, contact and company, I'd say you could do that via API.
