Desactivate notifications from internal mails

Hello,

I do not find any infirmation about it. I would like to receive notification from mail opening only from external e-mails.

I have banned my domain to avoid internal mail registration but the notifications are still here.

Is there any option I have missed to solve this issue ?

This is currently only possible if those opens where you have installed one of the sales extensions. You would have to follow these steps: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/connected-email/block-self-open-notifications-with-the-hubspot-sales-o...

Due to how sales email tracking works, it's not possible to suppress these notifications if you're opening emails on a device without the extension: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/connected-email/understand-hubspot-sales-email-open-and-click-tracking

I think I was not clear. My problem is today if I send an email to one of my colleague, this e-mail will be tracked. These notifications coming from internal email will jam the interesting information from customers.

is it more clear ?

Yes I have added the domain in the never log list.

@AGetzman how / where exactly are you sending this email? Outlook, Gmail, directly in the CRM?
