Deleting a scheduled email

SOLVE

I've scheduled a 1 to 1 email for two of my contacts. When I try deleting these emails, I get an error "failed to cancel scheduled email".  

 

Our email setting have been configured and I successfuly send and receive emails.

Hi @SashaFunk,

 

Are you super-admin or the user user who originally scheduled the email; only those users can delete a scheduled 1:1 email from the timeline.

 

Open each contact record and find the email activity labeled “Scheduled”, on that email activity, click the down caret to open actions then delete (upper right) to cancel the scheduled send.

If you have done everything and still seeing “failed to cancel scheduled email”, let me know (with SS, if possible).
