How do I delete default persona lists created when I created the persona? I only have a limited number of active lists that I can use so want to delete them until I need them, at which time I will recreate them. Thank you!
The persona smart lists are tied to the value of the Persona property, they cannot be removed as long as the persona exists as a value in this property.
When I just tested this in a free CRM, the lists automatically disappeared once I removed the persona: Settings > Properties > search for "persona" > click Persona > click the value you want to remove > click Delete at the bottom right corner of the screen.
You might have to remove all occurences of this persona before you can delete it. To do that, navigate to Menu > Contacts > Contacts > find and click More filters > search for "persona" > specify the value you want to remove. Then select all the contacts returned by HubSpot, click Edit, search for "persona" and choose the value No persona.
You should now be able to return to the previous step in the property settings.
Hope this helps!

You can create an active list anytime, it will show you the size of contact till the date you create it. It will include each and every contact that matches the filter properties or activities of your persona.
So if you have limits to create active lists then you can create this when you needed.
