Deleting a Deal Stage from Pipeline

Hello,

We have decieded to delete a deal stage from our pipeline in HubSpot. We already moved all deals that were in that stage into another stage. Now that we are ready to delete the stage, we are faced with an issue. That deal stage is "used in" close to 150 different reports and views. We are unable to delete the deal stage until we go into every report/view and remove however the stage is used in the report/view.

Has anyone had experience with this? Is there a quick and easy way to do this instead of going into each individual report/view?

There’s no quick and easy way to do this, no. You’ll have to remove each reference manually, there are currently no bulk actions for this unfortunately.

Whenever I find myself in a situation like this, I put on one of my favourite albums, accept my fate and work one asset after another. Even with 150 assets, you're probably done after 60-90 mins.
